this is a beautiful pattern! depending on the fabric used it can look casual or posh! I love it. I have several patterns from here. The hardest part of this pattern is getting the template cut. I got a big sheet of heavy duty craft board so the template would have some stability instead of just paper. Works so much better!

I was intrigued when I saw the pattern and ordered it. Fun to do. Wish the actual pattern was a separate piece of paper instead of printed on the instructions -- you need to make a copy of the pattern and tape together. Minor inconvenience. Suggest people print on card stock. Love the finished product.

This was a fun project with beautiful results that make me smile when I look at it! It did take me a few tries to get the weave correct and then to push a needle through the layers, but the end result was worth it. I will definitely make another one.

I really don’t have the “connection” with the pattern yet since I have not used it - gave it a 5 ⭐️ rating anyway

Just make sure to read ALL of the directions before proceeding. I have made all the strips level. The pattern does not show. I just think it will look better. But I'll find out soon.
