Please note that we do no run what is called "Live Inventory" on the website, but we work hard to keep items in stock and we have a system over these 20+ years to track your back order and have it on the way as soon as it arrives.
Here's how we will handle your order if an item is out of stock: (The majority of back ordered items get back in stock and ready to ship to you in 5-7 days.)
Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. This is how you will receive information about your order. On the day your order ships, an email notification is sent to you letting you know how it was shipped and suppling a tracking number if one is available. This automatic and is sent each time an order ships.
If you have not received an email then the email address you gave was not correct, or possibility an email you do not check often. More often than not, emails are snagged by your spam filters on your email providers website, or on your email software. Please check those areas for the email.
