Digital Download PDF files: Please take possession of Digital Items as soon as possible by downloading them to their device. If you click on the link it will only open the file. It must then be saved to your device before closing. If you have registered on our site you can always search for your order to download the file, unless the designer has been discontinued.
There are several places to click on the digital file names once check out is completed.
1 - On this last page of the checkout process.
2 - In the email that is sent to you right after you checkout.
3 - If you are registered on the website, you can visit the past orders page and the digital item names are clickable.

Digital files are copyrighted items and therefore designers must protect themselves. Digital Patterns are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. You accept this policy by placing your order for such an item.
