The Bandit Bib sewing pattern from Rachel Rossi. The Bandit Bib pattern shows you how to sew a snap (or button) bib that's perfect for all ages–even grown ups! Double layers allow the bib to be extra absorbent and fashionable!
The newborn size is great for accessorizing and catching those unexpected spit-ups, while the baby size is perfect for the teething phase. There's even an adult size so that mommy (or daddy) and baby can match! It doubles beautifully as an easy-access burp cloth as well. Rachel says that after an overwhelming amounts of positive feedback, it is worth noting that these are becoming quite popular in nursing homes as a dignified (and stylish!) way to use a bib with the elderly.
Level: Beginner (great for teaching kids to sew!). Suggested fabrics: Quilting cotton and French Terrycloth. Baby and kids sizes are fat quarter friendly. Click pattern back image for more details.
