Digital - Grand Piano PDF sewing pattern from Counted Quilts

The Grand Piano quilt pattern is a great gift for the music lover in your life either as a wall hanging, lap quilt, or large quilt for the bed. With the black piano you can really have some fun with the back ground color fabric.

Sizes: The main instruction is for a 42"x42" quilt top, there are two additional pages with measurements to scale the image to a smaller 28"x28" and larger 56"x56". Add borders for even more variations, border instructions not included.

Method: These image style quilts are made in a stripped and pieced method. Step 1 cut strips of varying sizes. Step 2 cut into different length pieces and label alphabetically. Then step 3 follow a full page labeled color image, sewing piece by piece and row by row. Thin lines are made with iron-on ribbon or tight zig-zag stitch..
