The Misses' Skirts & Top are designed for lightweight soft woven fabrics.  We suggest rayon, rayon blends, silk, silk like fabrics or challis.  The misses' top and pull-on skirt comes in two lengths.  The halter top is in one piece with ties in the back and has hemmed outside edges.  The neckline has casing with a bias cut tie. The color blocked skirt has a flounce, a side inset and narrow elastic in casing at the waist.
