The Girls' Tops & Skirts are designed for lightweight woven fabrics.  We suggest cotton, cotton types, challis, chambray and rayon blends.  Girls' tops and skirts.  Top View A has shirring on the back with elastic, a shaped front bottom edge, bias cut binding and shoulder straps.  The View B halter style top has elastic in casing on the back, casing on the front neckline and a self fabric bias cut drawstring which ties at the back neck.  The skirt View A has elastic in casing at the waist and a circular ruffle on the bottom edge.  The View B skirt has elastic in casing at the waist, a contrast extension with side hemline slits and ribbon or trim covers the seam.
