The shirt is designed for stretch knits only with a 20% stretch across the grain. We suggest using single knits, interlock, jersey and textured knits. The shorts were designed for light to medium weight woven fabrics. We suggest using cotton, cotton types, linen, sheeting and lightweight denim. The t-shirts and shorts are very easy to sew and have special easy-to-follow sewing instructions. The shirt has ribbing at the neckband and can be made with either short or long sleeves. The shorts have elastic in the waist casing and can be made in two lengths.
