The tops, pants and shorts are designed for stretch knits only with 25% stretch across the grain. We suggest interlock, textured knits, stretch terry, stretch velvet, velour, thermal knits Dual instructions are included for serger (overlock) machines and standard sewing machines. View A pull-on pants do not have side seams. They have elastic at the waist and contrast stripes on the sides. View A tank top has a wide scoop neckline with a contrast neckband and contrast armholes bands. View B pull-on shorts do not have side seams. They have elastic at the waist. View B top has a block V-neckline with a contrast neckband and contrast armhole bands.
