Try an 'Under Cover' pillow case. It's fast, easy and produces a professional finish. Once you've made one, you won't want to stop! 

NOTE: There is NO TISSUE paper pattern with this pattern. You cut simply rectangles in the dimensions provided. If you prefer to sew using a paper pattern, it is very easy to make your own using the dimensions provided using KWIKTrace pattern tracing material and a ruler, yardstick or good tape measure. The pattern instructions are well written and produce a very nice, professionally finished pillow case.
