Designer, Joan Hawley, introduces a slick, new pocket technique that's perfect for a tablet or eReader. She has affectionately nick-named them ‘fat pockets’. Joan describes these fat pockets as dimensional without a gusset, pleat, or complicated construction. She says they are ingeniously easy AND...not only do the fat pockets hold thick things well, they allow the weight of the contents to rest at the bottom of the pocket without dragging the lining down or creating a pucker in the pocket. Best of all, once you have the fat pocket technique in your toolbox, you can use it for pockets on any of the Lazy Girl bags. Candice features a sweet zip top. Joan used the wildly popular Margo zipper, with a slight twist, to make it even easier.
Candi is a bit taller/deeper/wider/bigger than Margo. She has a fantastic hold-everything front pocket which is as easy to use as the front pocket on a pair of jeans.
Candi (as shown by the images here) uses the size A Bag-E-Bottom and 2 packages (total of 4 rings required) of Clover 1" wide Rectangular Rings, available in Glossy Nickel and Satin Bronze finish. Joan says Candi's instructions will include directions to make handles with or without the 1″ sized Rectangular Rings OR ‘D’ rings.
