The design features elastic in casing in outer edge with leg openings finished with bias tape; there's an interior pocket, loops to hold toys, and safety belt with buckle. DIAPER BAG & CHANGING PAD: Lined bag features front pocket finished with bias tape, handles from contrast fabric, side pockets with tucks and elastic in casings, and tab with Velcro® closure.
