VIEW A
Hat has contrast fabric cuff with snowman face made with buttons and a stuffed nose. Ties and top of hat have attached pom-poms.
Material Required:
Fabric 30" (75 cm) wide (minimum width)
Fabric - 1/2 yd (0.50 m)
Contrast - 1/2 yd (0.50 m)
Notions: Thread, scrap piece of contrast fabric for nose, three pom-poms, six 3/8" (10 mm) buttons, two 5/8" (15 mm) buttons.

VIEW B
Hat has outer edges finished with binding from swimwear fabric. Ties and top of hat have contrast fabric tassels. Flowers are cut from fleece and attached.
Material Required:
Fabric 26" (65 cm) wide (minimum width) - 5/8 yd (0.60 m)
Contrast Fabric 20" (50 cm) wide (minimum width) - 1/2 yd (0.50 m)
Swimwear Fabric with 75% stretch 2" (10 cm) wide (minimum width) - 7/8 yd (0.80 m)

Shaped headband has inside from contrast fabric. Flowers are cut from fleece and attached.
