This skirt and vest pattern is designed for medium weight, woven fabric. For your fabric selection we suggest cotton and cotton types, twill, denim, challis or linen. The top is designed for stretch knits only with 25% stretch across the grain; we suggest interlock knit fabric for this garment. The Girls' top, skirt and vest are very easy to sew and have special easy-to-follow sewing instructions. The pull-over top has short sleeves and a self-fabric neckband. The vest has facings at the front edges, neckline and armholes. The wrap skirt has either a two button or a Velcro closure on the waistband.
