This pattern for leggings and shorts is designed for two-way stretch fabric with 75% stretch, such as fabric with spandex or Lycra, cotton-Lycra, swimsuit fabric or Lycra-velvet.  The misses' leggings are tight fitting with no side seams and elastic at the waist.   View A are ankle length.  View B are mid-calf length.  View C are shorts.   View D have roll-up cuffs.  View E have self fabric stirrups.  View D and E have a looser fit than View A, B and C.
