DUAL INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED: SERGER (OVERLOCK) AND STANDARD SEWING MACHINES.  

This pattern for jogging suits is designed for stretch knits only (suggested:  sweatshirt fleece, double knit, French terry or heavy single knit).  Jogging suits pattern features a shirt with extended shoulders and long sleeves with cuffs.  View A has a ribbing neckband and waistband.  View B has a front pocket, and a drawstring on the hood and bottom edge of shirt.  The pants are designed without side seams and have an elastic waist. The View A pants have ribbing cuffs while the View B pants are hemmed.
